Purchasing - How to pay
Just browse through the website and decide what you'd like to purchase. You can buy as much or as little as you like. I like to keep things simple, so all you need to do is add the items you'd like to buy to your 'shopping cart' using the 'add to basket/buy now' buttons. Our default payment method is a quick, easy and secure online system using the PayPal service. 
It's safe with PayPal. PayPal is a system to pay for goods online, securely and quickly. You don't even need a PayPal account to use it. You can pay with any debit/credit card. I accept all credit and debit cards:
All commissions take up to four weeks to complete, depending on the workload, or the complexity of your order.

Shipping Info
• Please allow up to 14 days for delivery
• All glass items come in recycled/re-used packaging whenever possible
• Glass items are packaged in the best possible way to prevent any damage during transit
• Glass items are delivered using Recorded /International Signed For post service from the UK

Pricing policy
I make every effort to ensure prices are correct. If for any reason either the price of a glass item displayed on is wrong or the item is out of stock I will notify you. You will then be given the option of choosing another item or having a full refund. Where an item is less expensive than advertised I will send the item and credit or refund the difference. All prices unless otherwise specified are in pounds sterling (GBP).

Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it up to 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be in their original packaging and undamaged. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase and there is no error on my part, I will refund the cost of the item only. However, if you were sent the wrong item, you will be credited for the postage used for the return

Privacy
I promise never ever to forward your details to anyone else. By signing up to my mailing list, your email address will only be used to send you information about me and my work. Your details will not be passed on to anyone else. The information you supply me when placing an order, is used purely for processing that order - I will not pass on or sell any of that information to a third party. Delivery companies will only be supplied with information that relates to the delivery of goods.
